Best Bot Award 2023

The Best Bot Award was presented in Switzerland for the first time

Conversational bots can already make an important contribution to digitalisation and service excellence and will probably do so even more in the future. That’s why this year we decided to find the best bot in Switzerland.

Conversational bots have become the hot topic and are playing an important role for companies in supporting customers and employees and increasing efficiency within the organisation. This is exactly why we started searching for the best bot in Switzerland.

An independent jury of experts from business, science and education had the difficult challenge of nominating three candidates for the Best Bot Award in Switzerland among the many submissions and then choosing the best.

Nominated for the Best Bot Award were:

Postfinance with their voice/chatbot. Remarkably, Postfinance is following a bot-first strategy for calls and chats, i.e. the voice/chatbot can already solve various use cases independently or support customers with standard requests such as blocking cards, ordering new documents, changing addresses, etc.

Migros Bank with their voicebot, which contributes to an increase in customer satisfaction. The use of the voicebot eliminates waiting times, increases the number of IVR key combinations and increases efficiency by reducing the call volume. This also saves employees a huge amount of time.

Jumbo with their virtual consultant: JUMBot. The time to market of a few months is remarkable. In addition, the JUMBot has already adopted the latest approach with neural networks. In other words, the JUMBot has over forty interlocking algorithms (including GPT-4), which enables it to communicate independently with customers and employees.

We were impressed by these bots and would like to congratulate the three teams once again on their innovative and customer-orientated bots and their nomination.

🎉And the winner is the JUMBot from Jumbo!
