Although everyone is talking about digitalization, automation in customer management is not really picking up speed. This is shown by our Service Excellence Benchmarking. In our projects, we were regularly asked how business can be managed better and more efficiently with the help of technology and which tools are suitable for this. This led us to develop the Digital Customer Excellence Information and Trend Platform in order to provide those responsible for customer management with the latest, objective insights.
